This facility is for genuine customers wishing to make purchase enquiries
and/or appointments to view. Viewing is strictly by appointment only.
Note: Unsolicited sales or enquiries of any other kind will not be accepted.
 
  Note for International Enquiries: There is no translation facility or service and all enquiries must be in English.
 
  Before contacting the art gallery be sure to have the item code and title corresponding to the work/s you are interested in purchasing, as this will assist in your enquiry being dealt with speedily. I f you have forgotten the item code/s or title/s, you can navigate back to the Gallery Page from the button at the base of this page, write them down, and return here if necessary. You must also remember to leave your full name, a contact telephone number where you can be reached during the daytime (full international code for overseas enquiries) and your home address (this must also include full codes and country for overseas enquiries).
Note: A person wishing to purchase on behalf of any institutions, corporations or businesses MUST leave the exact parent company name, and group, or holding, and any relevant branch/sub operation, their personal position within the company and specific title and details of what capacity they have been instructed to contact this gallery. Such persons MUST be in an authoritative position to be able to purchase for the company they represent. A direct phone number to this buyer's office must also be supplied with full relevant international codes (if phoning from overseas). Company address information will also be required (in full).
Note: Asquith art gallery reserves the right to refuse to speak to any enquiry it considers to be troublesome, unsuitable or of a time wasting nature (or for whatever reason it chooses, without explanation).

  During busy times an answer machine may be in operation. United Kingdom callers can leave details, and, if
possible, their call will be returned. International enquiries cannot use the answer machine and must call again.
 
Appointment and/or Collection:
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
 
 
Note: For 'viewing appointments'. Only one person per appointment is allowed. The person making the appointment MUST be the person that arrives at the gallery; otherwise entrance will be refused.
At present Asquith Art Gallery does not accept any unsolicited material of any kind, and only business correspondence from its customers, that is directly applicable to this site, will be dealt with as necessary.
